- My flight lands at night, what’s about the apartment’s keys? Is there an extra fee?

We will wait for you in Piazzale Roma (the bus terminal, the entrance of Venice) or in the Train Station Santa Lucia to escort in the apartments.The apartments are only 5 minutes walking from Piazzale Roma or Train station. Arriving by night, in holiday periods or if you are in delay,we are available with a code 24/24 7/7. It is a free service


- How can I reach you from the Airport?

No problem, in our booking confirmation email you can find all the details to arrive in Venice from the 2 Airports (Marco Polo near Venice or Canova near Treviso) or by car and all instructions to meet us.

- I want to rent an apartment in a central location

Venice is a really small City and you can cross it walking.
Palazzina Ca’ Gioiosa offers you only central located unites, maximum 20 minutes from Saint Mark’s Square walking (or quicker by boats)

- I’m looking for a park in Venice too

We will send you all the details to park and to reach quickly our meeting place

- Are you quoting GBP, USD or EURO prices?

All prices in this web site and in all our messages are in Euro, taxes included

- Will the beds be prepared in all rooms? What’s about the beds for a couple in case the rented apartment has more then one bedroom?

The beds will be prepared only for the people number indicated by you in the final booking form to reduce the final price. Example for a couple: if no special requirements is sent, a one double bedroom and one sofà-bed for 2 persons apartment, will be prepared only with a double bed in a double bedroom. If you need separated beds or rooms we’re happy to meet your requirements,but it’s necessary you advise us at least 5 days before arriving to organize the linen.


- Are the apartments on this web site supplied with bed linen and towels?

All our apartments are completed with bath towels (2 each person: one small and one big), bed linen, cooking facilities; the costs of the utilities (heating, water,gas,power,final cleaning etc.) are included in the prices.
