Little distant from the apartment there are the famous church of Saint Maria of the Frari one of the little examples of Venetian gotic and the Romanesque churches of Saint Giacomo of the Orio and Saint Zan Degolā (Saint Behead Jhon)
The zone is rich of cheap restaurants and local attended from Venetian people, hardly in the very next there is the optimal ideal pastry shop for who want to make a first breakfast or in order to make a snack without too many engagements and little more in there is a characteristic " Bacāro " called the Rivetta where are served "cicchetti " and wine, for who want to live and to breathe the air of the Venetian people.The place moreover is served from many stores, a good furnished minimarket and a self service laudry
The apartment is furnished with a wide living/dining room furnished with four-seats sofabed, a small table with lamp, a low chest of drawers, a book shelf, dining table for four or five persons, television with Stereo Satellite Receiver and air conditioning system.
The kitchen is well furnished and consists in four gas hobs, microwave
, refrigerator with inside a mini-freezer,Toaster, American coffee machine, iron and iron table.
The night area consists in a double bedroom with air conditioning,a chest of drawers with lamp, a wide wardrobe, two night tables with abat-jour, a mirror and an armchair that can be transform in a single bed.
The single bedroom is furnished with one single bed and air conditioning, a night table with a lamp and a wardrobe. From the window of this room you have the view of Venice roofs and there is a window door that leads you in a terrace provided with a table with four chairs.
The bathroom is furnished with a large mirror, hairdryer and a shower.
The apartment can put up by 1 to 5 persons (sorry, no pets) and is furnished by a heating plant for the colder months.
Facility of the apartment : Bathroom with shower,Phon anti-shock,Television,Satellite TV, Indipendent central heating,Air conditioning,Linen and Towels,Iron,final cleaning.
The check-in is after the 14.00 p.m., the check out is by the 10.00 a.m.

For 2 persons the price is 50 euros each person/day.(total 100 eu per night)
For 4 persons the price is 30 euros each person/day (total 120 eu per night)
For 5 persons the price is 28 euros each person/day (total 140 eu per night)
If your stay will be longer than 4 nights the prices will be lower until you get to:
42 eu (about) per person / day if you are 2 people (total 84,50 eu / day) or
24,50 eu (about) per person if you are 4 people (total 98.50 eu / day)
The apartment is self catering
